I don't know where you are located. If possible, I would like to suggest Duke Medical Center that is one of the best for brain tumors (adult only?). Other places include Johns Hopkins, Harvard Children's Hospital, and Mayo Clinic.

I believe this makes a huge difference in the outcome of treatment.
