欧洲人里，阿历克斯最讨厌德国人，最喜欢葡萄牙人。可是有意思的是，阿历克斯旅行生涯中最不愉快的事却发生在葡萄牙，

当时在阿尔加维的法鲁(Faro)，突然收到邮件说因为罢工，回波尔图的火车班次取消，另附文件好像列出有每天保留一大早一个班次。

因为回程那天是当天从西班牙转过来直接走，早班衔接会有问题，另外邮件全是葡萄牙文，不太确定。所以当即到法鲁车站想问明情况，找到解决办法。

当时已经快晚上8点了，大厅里没什么人，结果那个窗口里的葡萄牙女人极不耐烦，不仅不愿意回答问题，甚至冲阿历克斯大喊大叫，说她什么都不知道，你要改签我就给你改签。

阿历克斯哪里咽得下这口气？ 当时记下了她的名字，回来后在铁路公司网站填了投诉表，收到签收回复。

过了大半年，阿历克斯气已经消了，早就忘了。有一天突然收到铁路公司邮件:

We accuse the receipt of your communication to which we gave our best attention.

Presenting our apologies, for the inconvenience in Faro ticket office, we inform that our customer’s opinions  are always very important for the development  of the quality of our services. 

    In this case, we made the refund of the tickets,  to the account associated with the card you used to purchase the tickets, according to the document we  enclose. The bank transfer takes about 4/5 days.

不仅退了阿历克斯的车费，还退了同伴的, 因为是一起买的。

阿历克斯收到钱，立刻感到春风化雨，对葡萄牙人的好感有增加了几分。
