You get a speeding ticket, it is a traffic violation, not a criminal charge. If you plea guilty, you will have a speeding record. But that speeding record is not criminal record

If you plea guilty to public exposure, (which is a violation), you will have a record of public exposure. But since it is not criminal, you won't have a criminal record.
