【七律】spartan障碍越野

一脚一程深浅多，翻墙涉沼影磋砣。

肩扛沙袋腰先累，手把吊环心乱挪。

污水没头诚可恼，匍身钻网更难磨。

皮伤几处无须顾，跳过火堆完劫波。

 

*上午第一参加spartan障碍越野操练，体会一下克服各种障碍的困难和乐趣。顿感上肢力量严重衰退，what a shame.

 

*污水没头：有个地方要从污水底下没头钻过去

*匍身钻网：人从很低的几十米长铁丝网下钻爬过去，地上全是碎石子和泥。
