下面两首七绝是在美语坛玩诗歌接龙时写的，现加了英文版。我的英文版诗歌一般不是对中文版的直接翻译，而是结合了英文本身的特征及西方文化而重写的。因为中英文都是自己写的，才可以这么做，如果是翻译别人的作品，则应该忠实原著。
【七绝】秋叶
十月清风思邈邈，中秋霜叶意迟迟。
橙黄赤绿与青紫，犹胜春花挂满枝。
Fall Foliage
October wind wanna go faraway.
Leaves of tree wanna stay.
Red yellow green and purple,
prettier than flowers in May.
【七绝】落叶谈悲秋
人生四季皆相异，他者悲秋我恁知？
落地再回慈母侧，登高复诵杜公诗。
A Leaf on Feeling Sad in Autumn
All men are created equal,
except what they have experienced.
I'm not in someone else's shoes,
nor in her sorrow
when it comes to autumn.
How do I know her reasons?
How can I judge her?
If I fall down, I'll gladly
return to Nature Mother's womb.
If wind blows me up and high,
I'll recite Du Fu's
Climbing the Heights,
trying to feel for him.
