一剪梅 （李清照） 里面“轻解罗裳，独上兰舟” 到底怎样译？

感谢一亩兄的翻译。Gently un-tie and hold up the rim of the silk skirt, 
And board alone on the mulan-wood-boat.

想探讨一下兰舟应该怎样译。我觉得兰舟不是指boat，它应该是床或洗澡盆之类的东西。因为轻解罗裳上船逻辑不通。应该是夜晚，月满西楼诗人准备就寝的时分有所感触而作。


⑶兰舟：《述异记》卷下谓：木质坚硬而有香味的木兰树是制作舟船的好材料，诗家遂以木兰舟或兰舟为舟之美称。一说“兰舟”特指睡眠的床榻。

Flowers are self-fading and falling and water is self-flowing, 
One kind of lovesickness, 
Two places of the useless worries.
This feeling has no way to be eliminated, 
Just coming down the eyebrows, 
But going up into the heart.
