The problem is that poets

choose dead or difficult words in order to fit the form. I hardly understand any poem.
Therefore I think we don't have to follow the exact form (some positions are already relaxed). But we should follow as much as we can. Poets should try to use simple words. Of course if they totally ignore the form, that's not good either. Form is important because of music in it.
