My guess is you have the wrong Opanda

After installing Opanda, I have two icons on my desk top:

Opanda IExif 2.25
Opanda PowerExif 1.2 Professional Trial

I do not know which one is the version integrated with MS IE. But if you do not have one of them, then, it could be the one you are missing.
