I couldn't do this way, why?

I couldn't do the way you mentioned. I can only do this way:
1. right click on photo to get URL;
2. copy your URL in IE address box to open the actual address;
3. right click on your photo, save as ... to my desk top;
4. open the photo by using Opanda.
Too much work, I really want to learn your easy way. Can you please advise?
