You can recover it from the sdxc via its recover software

option2: You can first download the recover software, normally, it can let you try to recover a few photos(don't format your sdxc, just try to recover key), and talk to the company which made the card via call or via chat if you can't find your package box. They will resend you the recover code and details for recover your photos.
