This is the contact information that I got from our IT department.  Not all the data recovery company works the same.  You can give them a call and ask them if they can do anything for your case.  You can check their website for more informatioin.  If they can not help, try another data recovery company.  Don't give up easily.  I wish you can recover your data, since I knew how I felt when I thought I lost some files last year.
