也请教西瓜子，为何我片中噪点高？

我的参数：：[Nikon D5100, Focal Length 18mm, F/9, 30 sec. ISO-500, Manual focus, Exposure compensation +0.3 step]
西瓜子的5D3在这参数下不会有噪点吧？谢谢先！
