Unfortunately, this opinion was from a RELATIVE of Mr. Chin

One has to repect her right against using her uncle's name in things she disagree with. You cannot argue against a dead person or a relative thereof.

On the other hand, many ACTIVISTS were behind Mr. Liang's case for their own agendas. It is fundamentally wrong to say that since the white officers were let go, so should Mr. Liang. It is equally wrong to say that if Mr. Liang were let go, justice would be served.

The fact that Mr. Chin's name was inserted into the articles talking about Mr. Liang's case shows that some ACTIVISTS wanted to marshal support from all fronts, gain moral high ground over their opponents, and highlight the race factor while overlooking the underlying criminal acts.

One last question: Who lives in that dreadful, dark place where the shooting occurred, the Black, the White, or the Chinese?
