Holy shit, out of all the cops who have murdered people this seemed the most to be most an actual accident out of all of the murders. Pat Lynch is so fucking pure evil at this point, I don't see any kind of timeline that ends without him doing hard time. He's going to get caught for some racist bullshit eventually.
