Oliver哥哥和Coco的声线

Brother Oliver and Coco's Voice


Coco is an only child  and no one  can always play with him in home. Sometimes dad and mom visited the relatives' house bringing Coco with them, Coco is always so happy because it's a lively place with a lot of people, not to mention a cat and a dog . In terms of age, the cat and dog  are older than Coco,  Coco should call them elder brother and elder sister, but in terms of seniority, Coco is older and should  call them  nephews and nieces. For simplicity's sake, let's call them brother and sister here.

The dog is Lily, as mentioned in previous posts, and the cat is Oliver, who is not mentioned much because I often didn't see him when I went there.

Oliver is about 6 years old, arrogant a bit, not like to be hugged, Coco's mom only hugged him when he was young.

Coco是独子，家里没人总陪他玩。有时候，耙麻去亲戚家会带上Coco，因为那边热闹，人多不算，还有一猫一狗，Coco总是开心的不行。论年龄那的猫狗都比Co大，Co应叫他们哥姐，可论辈分Co大，应该叫他们侄子侄女。为简单起见，还是称哥姐吧。

狗就是Lili姐，以前帖子里有提过，猫叫Oliver，提到少，因为去的时候经常看不见他。

Oliver大概6岁多，性情孤傲，不喜人抱，Co麻只在他小时候抱过他。

在家里，他跟他爸关系最铁，随便扛随便抱，老爸上街，他能跟跑出去几条街。老爸是个音乐人，Oliver常爱趴在老爸的音乐设备上，边陪老爸边养神。

At home, Oliver has the closest relationship with his dad who can carry Oliver around at will. When his dad goes to street , he can follow him for a few blocks. His dad is a musician, and Oliver often likes to lie on dad's music equipment, accompanying dad and resting himself.

 

被音乐熏陶久了，Oliver觉有自己也有半个音乐人的派儿了。

After being influenced by music for a long time, Oliver feels that he owns half a musician manner himself.

 

现在可能因为年龄有点大了，Oliver比以前恋家，这几次去不仅能看到，还拍了些照片，昨个小人家还破例和Co麻聊了两句。

Maybe because he is a little older now, Oliver is more homesick than before. The few times I went there, I not only saw him but also took some photos. Yesterday, the little guy even made an exception and chatted with me.
 
 
Oliver：哦，胖子麻来了。

Oliver：Oh, Fatty’s mom is here.

Co麻：是啊，Oliver你好吗？你看起来保养得不错呢。
Oliver：还行吧，咋没带Co来？
Co麻：啊，没开车他来不了。
Oliver：嗯，也好，我还能清净点，大周末的。

Co‘ s mom: Yeah, Oliver, how are you? You look well maintained.

Oliver: Not bad, why didn’t you bring Co?

Co‘s mom: Ah, he can’t come without a car.

Oliver: Well, that's good, I can still enjoy a moment of peace and quiet, and the weekend was supposed to be a good time.

Co麻：你不喜欢他来？
Oliver：不是我说他，他，嗯，一见我就在跟前制造噪音，

Co's mom: You don't like him coming?

Oliver: I'm not saying anything bad about him, he, um, makes a lot of noise when he sees me.

Co麻：知道，他年纪小，有时候可能忘了场合和身份。
Oliver：忘了？我用探照眼给过他提示，人家还不走，卖弄声线更起劲呢！

Co's mom: I know, he's young, sometimes he might forget the occasion and identity.
Oliver: Forgot? I've given him a hint with my searchlight eyes, and he still won't go away, showing off his voice even more vigorously!

 

Co麻：真是的，你多包涵点，他，唉，我回去也跟他说道说道。
Oliver：是得这样，可关键是不知道他满脑子在想什么，在我这练嗓子吗？也太不着调了点，我连点拨他都不知道怎么张嘴呢！

Co 's mom: What Co did  is really inappropriate. Please be more tolerant. He ..., well, I will talk to him about this when I go home.
Oliver: That's right, but the key is that I don't know what he is thinking. Is he practicing his voice here? It's a bit  inappropriate. Even if I give him some guidance, I don't  know how to open my mouth!

Co麻：唉，他那大嗓门--- ，
Oliver：其实矫正还来得及，

Co 's mom: Ugh, his loud voice ---,

Oliver: Actually, it's not too late to correct it.

 

Co麻：哦真的吗？
Oliver：算了，就他那个脑子，浆浆糊糊地。。。

Co's mom: Oh really?
Oliver: Never mind, it's just that brain of his, mushy.

 

Co麻看小人家眼睛快闭上了，知道他没兴趣聊了，只好知趣地住嘴了。

Co's mom  saw that the little guy's eyes were about to close, and knew that he was not interested in chatting anymore, so she had to shut up tactfully.

 

回到家，Co麻和Co提到与Oliver的对话，想委婉的提醒Co，见到Oliver别乱叫，哪知正为耙麻串门没带自己不高兴的Co一点不买账。

Co：什么什么！等我见到他看我怎么说！他的声音就好？又嗲又肉，力度一点没有，还觉得挺字正腔圆的，我都不知道该怎么听！

When Coco's mom got home, she mentioned the conversation with Oliver to Co, and wanted to tactfully remind  that Co should not  yell when  meet Oliver in his home, but unexpectly , Co didn't buy this at all , he  was being upset for this visiting without taking him.

Co: What?  What!  You can get  to know what I am going to say to Oliver next time ! Is his voice good? It's coquettish and flabby, without any strength. He feels  his voice quite clear and melodious himself , but I  don't even  know how to listen his voice!

 

 

Co麻暗自叫苦：啊得，下回Co更得给Oliver亮声线了！

Coco's mom grumble inwardly， "Oh well, Co will yell even louder in front of Oliver next time.“
