new puppy with questions

underwater for nearly 2 years and learned a lot here.

My puppy is indoor nearly 2 years now, 2-3 times a week to dogpark, but play balls for most of time.  Vet told us to have Parvovirus, Corona, and Distempter vaccacine on an annual basis.  want to have your opinion whether it is necessary.

Also do you think he is overweight- our daily concerns now.
