请教关於收到的I-485case status update

请教一下各位有经验的朋友，我今天收到的email:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On May 23, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at [phone].

因爲我真的是新手，很多事都搞不太清楚，所以想请大家帮忙看看，先多谢诸位啦。请问这是绿卡批准的通知吗？那什麽时候才会收到正式的卡呢？我需要拿护照去盖章吗？爲什麽没有面试我呢？
