请教一下8老师，新I140上面的PD应该是新公司办PERM的日期吗？不应该是旧I140上面的日期吧？

我先生是新的I140和485一起提交的，律师知道是要relink旧的PD的。我看新I 140 RECEIPT NOTICE上面PD是新公司办PERM的日期。这样是对的吗？

-Technically, yes. If no, talk to the lawyer.  After your new I-140 is approved, you also need to check it to see whether the prioirty date on the new I-140 arrpoval notice is the old I-140 priority date. If no, you need to ask the lawyer to contact USCIS to fix it.
