8老师，星期五早上8:30已经打通电话了。但是只能和tier 1的接线员（就相当于customer service）通话，而且这些接线员没有权利给人预约去当地USCIS的Office面谈。他们只能留话给tier 2 的immigration service officers。Tier 2 的immigration service officer 接到tier 1接线员的留言才会回打电话给我。Tier 2 的immigration service officers会回答移民问题和有权决定要不要给我预约去当地USCIS的Office面谈。
星期五我一共被接通了两次。第一次接线员1听了我的解释，查了我们的记录，要了我的电话，告诉我USCIS会在20-30天之内联系我，没有其他办法。还告诉我withdraw是final decision，不可以file I-290B。
第二次一接通我就要求预约去当地USCIS的Office面谈。 接线员2听了我的解释，查了我们的记录，告诉我她没有权利给人预约去当地USCIS的Office面谈。但是把我的case mark成了urgent，USCIS会在72小时（work hour）内回我。目前我还在等USCIS的电话。
对8老师的问题：
1. 如果withdraw 是final，必须作废。但是我的485是分开交的，而且还在处理。我现在怎么做可以在最短的时间内给父母接着办绿卡？

If you file a new I-130 before the I-485 is denied, you may request USCIS for I-485 interfiling to re-link (interfiling) the pending I-485 to your new I-130 by providing the I-485 Receipt Notice. If you file I-130 after the I-485 is denied, you need to file the I-130 and I-485 concurrently or separately.
Wait until you have the final result from USCIS after you talk to them face to face, then you can file I-130 and I-485 if nothing changed.
2. USCIS如果一直不联系我该怎么办？
-Wait for 72 hours and if you do not receive USCIS call back, you may call USCIS again to request an appointment with the USCIS Field Office. It was a USCIS mistake to withdraw your I-130 because you did not request the withdrawal. So, talking to USCIS officer face to face is a better choice. If they can reopen your case by their own, that will be ideal.
