父母移民，已经递交260，i-864 以及uploaded 所有的相关civil document & AOS financial documents， 并且显示submitted & completed.  但是一周以后，当我用NVC Case Stutus 登录查询时写的是Action Requested, 有5 stpes, 要求把所有的documents发到这个email: nvcelectronic@state.gov

8老师，我的问题是，还需要把所有材料再发一遍给这个email吗？ 还是不用理它？

-Just ignore it. You have submitted all the required documents and paid the fee through the online account, so NVC will process your case there, not need to submit these documents to NVC again by email.

为什么显示的是Action Requested，我已经都uploaded了。见下面二图。
