排期不current，485被批准了

尊敬的8老师，问个问题，EB2-NIW，排期不当前，还有一年。但由于疫情影响，面试3月26日被re-scheduled了，4月13日也没有面试485被批了，绿卡也在制卡中，是否有疫情特殊政策？这种不current的情况下USCIS发的绿卡是否有效？多谢！
