本人背景 EB3原装 PD DCE 2014 RD 01APR2018 Interview Date: 7/19/2018
现在因为面试的时候排期不当前，case被转回TSC
Combo 卡已经拿到 现雇主的第二个H1B 2020年8月过期
现在的工作从大学毕业做到现在没换过，也是用来申请绿卡的职位
现在拿到另一个大公司的offer 在同一个州 很近的一个不同的城市，不需要搬家
新公司是现公司的客户之一，同行业同领域
新职位 职位描述和现在的类似，不完全相同-It is fine.
现在新公司让我 8月20号入职
请问我这个换工作的风险？
-Because you change job before your I-485 pending > 180 days, there is some risk: if your current employer (i.e. I-140 sponsor) withdraw the approved I-140 or USCIS make a decision before your I-485 pending > 180 days, then your I-485 will be void. So, you had better discuss with your new employer to see whether you can start your new job after your I-485 pending > 1 80 days (only 40 days to go).
我自己也查了很多资料，2005年有个uscis的memo收不满180天可以换，不能把这个作为deny 485的唯一标准
请问我这个case是不是只要到了新公司后等到pending满180天交一个新的J表就行-You and your new employer needs to file I-485 Supplement J (i.e. both you and your new employer sign it) after you work for the new employer and your I-485 pending > 180 days.
还是就什么都不要做，等绿卡
