只要根据表B排期，提交了I-485， 孩子年龄就可以被锁定。 就不会因为超过21岁而丧失作为随行亲属获得绿卡的资格了。
-Not true. The child's CSPA age only can be frozen on the date when the priority date is current based on A Form. The cut-off date on B Form is just for submission of the application materials, not the visa number available date, i.e. USCIS will not approve your child's I-485 based on B Form, but based on A Form only.
