尊敬的 8 老师：

我的儿子中国出生。他的太太香港出生。而香港出生的人没有排期。

请问，

（1）我的儿子申请职业移民时，是否可以用他太太的无排期？ 如可以，I-140 批准后，就可以递 I-485 了。

-Yes only if his wife will file I-485 together with his I-485 as his dependent. or he files I-485 as his wife's dependent based on his wife's I-140.

（2） 如可以，如何在 I-485 上做？

-File both his and his wife's I-485 together and explain in the cover letter that the I-485 filing is based on the benefits of Cross Chargeability of Visa Number.
