请问8老师。EB3表二排期到了可以申请EAD和AP吗？这个老不明白啊，因为移民局有时不采纳表B。

-In these days, EB2/EB3 I-485 are filed based on A Form. So, you can not file I-485 based on B form now, and thgus you can not apply for AP or EAD.
