8老师，您好！我的I－130是2015年8月递交的，现在递件排期表B时间到了，2016年6月排到了2015年10月15日的，但是我这个月很忙，是否可以晚一个月交I－485申请？

-Dpends on whether your PD is current. Please note that I-485 filing is based on Final Action Date  (i.e. A Form) in May, 2016, not be B Form. So, you are not qualifed for I-485 filing yet. See:

-As long as PD is current, you can file it anytime.
