PD on FP notice

I just received my FP notice, the priority date on it is same as my filing date of I140/485. The priority date in I140/485 is empty. Is it correct that the priority date of FP notice is the I140/485 filing date? I am CSC EB3 Original LC. I am concern about this priority date because I know there would be retrogession of EB3 cut off date very soon. Is anyone have the FP notice and what is the priority date on it?
