递交I130后， 不记得是搬家未收到还是搞丢了， 总之现在手上没有I797: Notice of Action .

但是知道Case no 和priority date:'sep 2002.

所以不知道I-130 pending time 如何算。
-Check the I-130 approval notice to find the receipt date (priority date) and the approval date (or check it online to see whether you can find it if you lost the approval notice or call USCIS).

I-130 pending time = the I-130 approval date - I-130 receipt date (priority date).
