如果新雇主帮我重新申请I-140，假设半年后才能批准，而我原来的Priority Date下个月在等待I-140期间就到了（看最近的进展速度很有可能）。我是不是应该让他们等一两个月，等到我的排期到了，同时递交I-140和I-485。非常感谢！
-You can file I-485 when the I-140 is pending as long as the priority is current. Talk to the lawyer.
