07/01/2009-06/30/2012

02/11/2010-01/31/2012 (换了工作)

02/01/2012-01/31/2014

而我老婆和孩子的H4是

07/01/2009-06/30/2012
02/01/2012-01/31/2014
-Do you mean this is the H-4 I-94 duration of your child and wife? If yes, their status had no gap.
其中在2010年2月换工作时没有同时更新她们的H4表。
-Your job change does not matter to their H-4 status.

请问这样算是有gap吗？

我们是2010年4月的NIW排期，2010年6月以后使用EAD工作，2013和2014年她们曾经使用AP回国。

如果真有gap，该如何补救？
