This case is special. 我对income需要多少, 没有概念.

One parent works in US (TN visa) with salary much higher than US$50,000/year
Another parent works in Canada with salary much higher than US$50,000/year.
21岁子女没有income, 行吗?

Can the parent in US file I-485 and 21岁子女 file I-130 concurrently?
要多少年? Still within one year?

我听说TN签证和申请绿卡矛盾, TN签证要转成H1B吗?
