I am confused by “No 排期”
“No排期”究竟是多少年? 从材料递交上去到拿到绿卡, 要多少年?

必须把申请材料(家庭移民)交给美国驻加拿大大使馆吗? 用什么表?
21岁子女必须有full time工作吗? 在校大学生有coop工作, 行吗?
和父母在美国的工作签证(TN or H-1B)矛盾吗?
