Vermont NIW case updated quest

Hello, I submitted my NIW last June and recently noted that the case update date became 10/10/04. What does it mean? Does it mean they start my case on 10/11/04? But why did they stop updating it? Anything wrong with it? Anybody knows it? Thanks a lot!
