回复：NIW 140批了，但是pd是新的，没有apply以前公司办PERM的pd

公司以前给办了EB2，PERM。后来担心公司不稳定，就找律师自己办了NIW。NIW 140终于批了，但是上面显示的PD是新的，不是以前PERM的那个PD。

是正常的？还是律师的失误呢？

-It may not be the lawyer's fault and USCIS sometimes forget to put your information together (it is not uncommon).

需要做什么来reclaim pd吗？

- You or your lawyer need to write a letter to ask USCIS to correct it. Provide the copies of the old I-140 approval notice and new I-140 approval notice. 


还是只有等到到时候file 485的时候有extra step？
