我现在持J1 visa, 明年9月底到期。正准备申请 J1豁免，豁免过程一般是4-6个月。未婚夫持绿卡。现在看到8月绿卡配偶申请无排期的消息，觉得机会难得。但我的问题是，我有可能搭上这班车吗？有无可能我现提交J1 豁免，8月或9月底同时提交 I－130，I－485？我的时间应该怎么规划？ 谢谢各位老大！
-Yes, but USCIS will send you RFE for the J-1 waiver, and if you can not provide it, your I-485 will be denied (of course you can re-file it in this case when getting J-1 waiver and the PD is current). Also, you can not extend your J-1 after you file I-485. So, if your J-1 still has one year or more to expire (J-1 waiver may take about one year or more to be approved), then if it is worthy to file I-130 and I-485 together next month.
