请教老师，绿卡持有（非公民）给国内配偶申请绿卡，需要排期多久？
-Same as in US. Normally about 2 to 3 years,  but sometimes it is quick and it has no 排期 in next month.

期间，配偶可否来美国？

B2签证吗？
-It is very difficult to getB1/B2 if you file I-130 due to immigration intent.

之前来过，是H4签证（本人H1B时）
如果配偶以B2（或其他签证）来美后，再给其申请绿卡，是否可以一直合法呆在美国呢？时间上是否比在国内给其申请绿卡会短？
-The problem is that she has to have the legal status to file I-485 unless you are a US citizen. So, she needs to keep her status until the 排期 is current.
