我现在准备通过EB2的NIW申请绿卡，现在排期到2008年5月，有5年的排期。我孩子今年17岁，如果以排期到的时间算的话。到时我孩子都超过了21岁。如果以递交I-485申请日期算的话，我孩子还能赶上。请问两位老师，是以哪个时间点计算？谢谢！！！

-Child's CSPA age = the child's actual age when the priority date is current - your I-140 pending time. If the CSPA age is less than 21, then your child can file I-485 together with your I-485 filing or after you file your I-485. When your child file I-485, his/her I-485 is safe (the age will not affect the I-485 anymore). So, the longer your I-140 pending, the better for your child's  to file I-485.
