六年前给姐姐一家申请了亲属移民，现在想申请旅游签证，让他们先到美国来玩玩看看，不知有没有可能。现在国内是先交签证费，拒签了也不退，如果从没有成功的案例，就不必浪费那几千元的签证费了。
