排期未到,绿卡到了.有风险吗?

我的排期是2008年2月18日.今天收到了绿卡.本月排期是2月15号,我以为还需要等待下个月排期.我的RFE已经PENDING一年.请问我这种情况提前拿绿卡正常吗?谢谢.
