请教皮匠和8老师关于排期的一个问题！

I-140 aprroved priority date 08/06
I-485 submitted in year 2007 when the visa bulletin time is current and it was pending till now.
my finger print was taken back in 2007 also.
Now Visa bulletin eb-3 date moved to 09/06.
What do I need to do? Waiting for a while, if I wait for over two month and nothing happened, can I call USCIS to expedite my case?
