-One possibility is that if your F2A I-130 is pending very long (e.g. 2.5 or more years), your chhild may get the green card in about 3 to 4 years using the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) benefits. But if your F2A I-130 is approved in a short period of time (e.g. one year to two years), your F2A I-130 need to be upgraded to F2B and thus, it normally takes about 8 years for your child to get the green card. So, this 加州律师 is partially right.
