H1B 8月到期，担心6月才开始申请太晚，律师说没问题.

Your lawyer is right. My extension application was submitted just one month prior to the original H1B expiry date.

 

到时只要拿到H1B延期申请收据就可以合法工作.

Your lawyer is generally right. Pijiang or 8 teacher told me 只要拿到H1B延期申请收据就可以合法工作for 240 days.
