雇主支持信和工资单是不是必须的？

选择1.先不交485，找工作，有头目了交485，用EAD 工作。顾虑：无雇主支持信和工资单

选择2.先不交485，找工作，申请H1，等三个月后交485.顾虑：短期找不到工作，排期倒退

-I would choose 选择1 or 选择2. You just need a job offer letter with the I-485 filing. So, once you find a job in the same/similar area and get the offer letter, file your I-485 immediately. 

选择3。立即交485和EAD。同时找工作。 顾虑：没有雇主支持信485被拒。

等了这么久排期到了，还是不知道怎么办。请求老师们指点。
