我 在07年7月递交NIW-140和485。NIW-140已于三年前批准，现在排期当前。另外，我的工作单位于今年给我申报了EB1b-140, 并且在申请中要求将我的07年的485 interfile with the current EB1b-140。目前，EB1b-140仍然pending.

我的问题是：

1. 是否我的485既link with NIW-140, 又link with EB1b-140?

-Yes. Interfiling means one I-485 can be considered to approve based on any one of the two or more I-140s. So, USCIS can approve your I-485 based on your NIW I-140 or EB1b I-140.

2. 如果不是，485和哪个140 link?

3. 如果我在这个月收不到绿卡，是否必要在下个月去询问case status?

-You can contact USCIS any time for your case status, but you had better give some time for USCIS to process your I-485, especially your PD is just current.

4. 我是否会收到面试通知？

-Normally no 面试 is needed for EB category I-485.
