请问:一方I485是07大潮时(7月底)递交, 现在排期到. 1) 配偶何时可以跟进?

-If the 排期到 is November, file I-485 directly during November.

 时间窗口大概怎样?

2)需要准备哪些材料?

-Same as the primary applicant plus the copies of your marraige certificate and the I-485 filing receipt of the primary applicant.
