现在做的是客户技术支持（），根据通信协议和运营商的要求，帮助客户找到他们用软件实现运营商要求过程中的问题.I－１４０ 是软件工程师

 想往技术销售，技术市场的方向上走。和现在工作相识的是同样需要通信上的知识。但是不需要看程序了。

这种下情况能保住排期吗？

-Have you filed your I-485 yet? If yes, you are OK (not affect the I-485) to change the job because it seems still in the same/similar area. But if no, you may need to file a new PERRM/I-140 because the job responsibilities seems changing a lot, but you can use the old 排期 as the new 排期.
