老婆 9月份要回国上班。事先没有想到排期加速。
问题1. 排期到后，老婆以什么身份在美国一个月。
-You say she ahs H4, don't you? Then, H4 if she files I-485 in US before she leaves US.
问题2. 有什么其它方法吗？可以在美国速递I485 follow to join （什么材料都没有准备，没体检。没指纹，不知到1485 follow join 要什么材料）。
-She can do the physical exam now which can be valid for one year. She can come back to US for the fingerprinting when you receive the biometric appointment notice for her.
然后再I-842 去广州。？？
-If she files I-485 in US, not need to file I-824. If she wants to apply for the immigration visa in China, then file the I-824, not file I-485.
