排期还没到，如何让家属在国内follow to join办绿卡，可以等绿卡批了后，家属再申请follow to join吗？

-File I-824 after you get your green card.

在国内好，还是在美国好 申请些？？

-If they can come to US first, it is better for them to file I-485 in US than you file I-824 for them to apply for the immigration visa in China.
