-Yes.

还要办理什么相关手续？

-No.

需要递交移民局吗？

-No.

另外，I-94，说不用新申请，但是后面又说用AOS身份申请，能说的详细一些吗？

-AOS = Adjustment of Status and that means your have a pending I-485 which allows you to stay US legally for your GC. No I-94 is needed for AOS.

我对此一窍不通。
