父母130前两月已批准在国内等排期，去年和前年都探亲往返了两次， 准备今年11月再次来美探亲，有人说国内160新表探亲签证需要回答有没有申请绿卡的问题，我在sample表格上没有发现这个问题。请问两位老师或其他朋友，如果有这个选项，应该填 yes or no? 如果填了yes, 那怎么解释？如果填了no, 会不会查出来？1月生小孩，希望大家帮忙，谢谢。
-They have to tell the truth (say Yes) in the 160. They will not get the B2 visa any more because they have the immigration intent. Because your I-130s are approved, they just need to apply for the immigration visa a few months later (no 排期 for them).
